Good for neck stiffness/pain
Great quality. Material is a rubberlike feel and very durable. I love there are no wires attached so I can use anywhere. It is rechargeable and holds a charge for a long time. The massage, heat and EMS features are very responsive and effective. I love the remote control to change setting without having to readjust. Works great for neck pain or stiffness, I initially got it for myself, but my wife seems to also enjoy using it, so I ordered 1 more, worth every penny spent.

I am happy with the results I got after using it, I must say shipping could be faster (took a week to arrive), but the product works so it's worth the wait. I have a herniated C5-C6 vertebrae and this helps relieve the pain in my neck & shoulder, worth the price.

don't get the one from Amazon...
so I did a lot of research before buying this, mainly because I saw a cheaper similar looking product on Amazon, so I reached out to this company's support to clarify the price difference. They basically told me they have nothing to do with the product from Amazon and that it's a copy-cat they're trying to take down, so I ordered this one from their website. I must say it's worth the price - it does everything they say, there's heating, massage, EMS, stretching, everything they say is true and it does help with neck pain for sure. I prefer to use it they way shown on the photo because it's just more comfortable for me, but you can experiment.

Now to why you shouldn't get the one from Amazon - a couple of days ago my sister-in-law got the one from Amazon and we compared the devices, hers is nothing like mine - first of all hers is made from a hard plastic and I couldn't lay down on it for more than a minute, it's just uncomfortable. The "massage" on hers is barely a massage, more like an imitation. I couldn't feel the EMS as well, but the heating seemed to work fine. Long story short - my sister in law didn't see any results from her massager so she's going to return it & order one like mine.
